It was suggested I make a new post so there won"t be any confusion.  The Club Run will be on Saturday, 4/11/15. We will meet at the Terrible's at the intersection of Mesquite Blvd. & Riverside Road. Meet at 8:30am and roll at 9:00am. We will be camping in Mesquite at one of the RV parks and there are numerous other locations if you wish to spend the night. If anyone has any questions, let me know. I hope to see you there. John

For anyone that may be interested in camping, we will be at the Sun Resorts in Mesquite. It's next to the Smith's grocery and looks like a nice place viewing from Google Earth. It's $36 per night plus tax (with a Good Sam Card).

As of now, we will be there! Couldn't get a "pet friendly" room for Friday, so we will come up Saturday, do the run, then stay in Mesquite that night. We are looking forward to this as we have talked for some time about going into that area. See you there.

Nevada. Exit 120 North I-15 and stay parallel to I-15 N on Mesquite Blvd. Terrible's is past the McDonald's on the right as you reach Riverside Rd. |

Hi John & Chris, here's the coordinates for the old truck at gold butte, like I said its about 1.5 mile on the back side of the mountain if your interested in checking it out. seems easy to get to. in google earth latitude: 36°16'7.39"N longitude: 114°11'26.80"W |

Thanks to Chris and John for organizing and leading a really good drive on Saturday. It was one of the dustier runs I've been on but a lot of fun in spite of the dirt. Thanks John and Chris for leading a fun Club Run. The kids and I had a great time. Here is the link to the photos I took of the day. Of course, many are of my 3 yr old. He had a blast!!
