Not sure when I'll be back out there with you guys. Nibbler has to have surgery and it will be a 6-12 week recovery period. In a nutshell she had a massive growth spurt and that caused the ligaments on her hind leg knee caps to come in at angles. This causes her knee caps to slide all around which causes her a lot of pain. It's going to cost about 3,000$ which means it will be longer until I can get the jeep off-road worthy again.

I'll be out there in spirit with you guys though so keep trucking forward and seeing the awesome backroad sights!

So sorry to hear that Nibbler (and you) are out of commission for awhile! But, the trails will still be there when you can come back.

Thank you. We'll be back as soon as she's able.

Thank you. The first surgery is done and she is doing well. I'm having to work at keeping her calm though as she wants to play so badly. I should know in about a week when the 2nd surgery will be.

Well the first surgery was a failure. So they are talking about breaking the upper leg to turn it and pin it so that that ligament is in proper line. At this point I probably won't get to go wheel until March or so.

Wow didn't realize it had been this long since I've done any updates.

Nibbler is doing well. She still has one leg to go but she is walking and playing again although I still keep her on a leash in the house to reduce the chances of injury for a bit longer.

On another note, I'm getting new tires for my old rims. Since the current rims and tires on the WJ were given to me by John and Chris, I'd like to pay it forward and give them to another club member. The rims and tires are from a JK Rubicon so the lug pattern is a 5 X 5 which fits WJ, WK, and JK for sure. Not sure on other ones. I know it will NOT fit on the TJ. Spare tire is practically brand new, I never used it myself, but the rest of the tires do need replacing. So if anyone is interested in them please let me know as they will be available after tomorrow.

Again I want to thank John and Chris.

If no one wants them by Feb 9th I'll put them up for sell on Craigs list. Just would rather they go to someone in the club in all honesty. They are FREE to a club member who would like to run the JKRubicon style rims.

I emailed you. Sorry been busy trying to get ready for Grand Slam 2015 and Nibblers next surgery so I haven't been back to the forums since the last run.

Again I apologize and I hope to hear from you soon
